Loan Specialist
- Effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Make sales calls to contact leads as the first line of communication with borrowers

Closing Coordinator
- Coordinate the scheduling of loan closings with all relevant parties;
- Perform quality control review on all loan files prior to closing and again prior to funding;
- Verify all fees and charges prior to the generation of settlement package;
- Review and approve Closing Disclosure provided by title company;
- Track all closing/funding and pre-purchase reviews to clear outstanding conditions;
- Assist in post-purchase issues as needed.
- College degree preferred, but can be substituted for comparable work experience
- Efficiently complete 100+ system tasks each day while managing calls and emails with inside and outside customers
- Ability to work well under pressure when faced with stressful situations
- History of being a Top Performer
- Successfully structured and implemented organized processes
- Ability to review legal documents and identify key concepts and pin point any red flags

Loan Specialist
Responsibilities
The Loan Specialist primary role is to handle the front end of the loan process, from initial client inquiry until the client has been pre-approved. This will involve communicating with new leads, setting appointments, gathering client information, organizing and reviewing loan documents, and analyzing loans for pre-approval. A successful candidate with be flexible and function well in a team environment.

The closing coordinator is primarily responsible for coordination for all FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage closing and funding activity, plus some additional post-closing responsibilities. This position offers significant opportunity for the right person with high initiative and problem solving skills as a new arm of the Closing and Funding Department is being created.

Operations Support Specialist
- Answer a high volume of telephone calls and route them to the appropriate party based on whether the caller is a new client, existing client, or a vendor.
- Obtain accurate title fee quotes and update loan file as necessary.
- Print and package loan documents to be sent to clients via email, USPS, FedEx, or UPS as needed.
- Quality control and input loan data as necessary.
- Receive, scan, and upload client documentation.
- Authorize promotion of loan file from application to processing status.
- Manage all adverse or stalled loans including, but not limited to, sending out appropriate letters to remain compliant, notifying third parties, and sending out invoices.
- Obtain CAIVRs, LDP, and GSA verifications.
- Issue Guaranty Certificates on all required loans after the file has funded.
- Prepare final documents and package and send to the designated investor after the file has been purchased.
