Realtor.com<\/a> recently came out with a ranking system to determine the top ten cities to purchase a home out of the 250 largest cities in the United States.<\/p>\n

This ranking system is called the \u201cbuyer\u2019s bonanza<\/a>\u201d ranking and ranks a city\u2019s housing market based on the average price per square foot compared with the local median income, how many days on average homes spend on the market, the percentage of price reductions of homes on the market, and the number of homes for sale compared to the total number of households in the city.<\/p>\n

The list was limited to one city per state to guarantee geographic variety in the results.<\/p>\n

So here you have it, folks. For 2022, these are the top 10 cities to buy a home in according to Realtor.com.<\/p>\n

Midland, TX<\/h2>\n

Median Listing Price: $274,800<\/h4>\n
