Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator's main job responsibility is to be a liaison between the loan officer, borrowers, real estate agents, escrow companies, and operational fulfillment to support the lending process.


Responsibility
  • Proactively communicate with borrowers and all parties involved in the loan transaction daily
  • Gather all necessary documentation for the loan approval and closing
  • Provide consistent, quality-controlled method to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close the loan
  • Monitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met and contingencies are released
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Sales Experience: 2 years
  • History of being a Top Performer
  • A drive for leadership
  • Effectively manage 40+ calls each day
  • Ability to understand financial products and guidelines
  • Initiative to work on your own, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
